This tender will be broken down into geographical regions – North (including Cumbria region), Liverpool City Region (LCR), South & Midlands. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. The contract will be a 3 year period + 1 + 1 option to extend.

Grounds Maintenance Stage 1 Selection Questionnaire
TRG (inclusive of General Needs, Care & Support, Riverside Home Ownership (RHO) and formerly Impact Housing Association), and Irvine Housing Association provides outsourced Grounds Maintenance Services to a number of its customers across the group. The scope of services at high-level include: • Grass cutting; • Hedge & shrub pruning; and • Weed control The scope of services for this tender does not include what TRG have deemed to be more specialist Grounds Maintenance services, such as invasive weeds (Japanese Knotweed), and tree work. Separate contracts have been or will be procured for the provision of treating invasive weeds, and tree work. Due to the large geographic footprint of Grounds Maintenance Services across the group, the Lot structure is divided into regional based locations.

The Riverside Group invite expressions of interest from a panel of suitably-qualified building contractors for the "Contractors Cutting Edge Framework" which is a framework agreement for the supply of building contractor services for housing development projects. The Contractors Cutting Edge Framework will be divided into 8 lots composed of 8 different regional lots for development projects of up to £5,500,000 and a Northern lot (Lot 8) for projects valued above £5,000,000.

The overall value of this lot is £2,600,000 - £3,200,000. Lot 2 - North East England, Yorkshire & Humber The framework agreement will be established for a period of 4 years.
